XPATRIA has a strong founding team of volunteers with a multi-disciplinary background:

The multiple strengths along with the international background of the team allow XPATRIA to actively create partnerships with existing NGO’s and similar organizations around the world, and to leverage their networks in their respective communities abroad. 

 

Meet our Committee

The XPATRIA founding team represents experts in their respective fields with international backgrounds, drawn from both the public and private sectors. Their expertise and guidance aides us to continue our work to actively create partnerships with existing NGOs across the globe and increase charitable giving.

The team serves as volunteers because they believe in the XPATRIA mission and purpose.

Nathalie Kazzi

President

Nathalie is an engineer and entrepreneur, she has an international career spanning various industries from corporate Energy to Deep Tech. She holds an MBA from Chicago Booth. She’s Lebanese born, Australian raised, and now living in Switzerland. She brings drive and vision to the team as well as insight into the Australian diaspora. 

 

Nadine Nuwayhid

Treasurer

Nadine has over 15 years of banking operational experience and holds an MBA from Boston University. She is an advocate for humanitarian causes and is active in the Geneva fundraising scene for various NGO’s.  She was born in Lebanon and grew up in the US and the Middle East, and now lives in Geneva. She brings her fundraising know-how and humanitarian network to the team.

Michael Moses

Committee Member

Michael is a social entrepreneur who founded Donaco, a tech startup, that helps charities connect with supporters more efficiently online. He brings a strong understanding of the marketing needs across a charity and how to best engage supporters digitally. He holds a Masters in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Management from Imperial College London. 

 

Rania Bleik

Committee Member

Rania has over 10 years of experience in Corporate law and is a member of the Beirut Bar Association. Since moving to Geneva, she has been an active in developing and maintaining relationships within the local community with a focus on Humanitarian aid. She works to engage and educate the community about the work XPATRIA does locally and internationally.  Rania works on supporting the work of volunteers and coordinating projects between donors and the recipient NGOs on the ground. she holds a diploma in private and public law from the Saint Joseph University in Beirut.

Rabih Bleik

Committee Member

Rabih is a seasoned finance executive with extensive international corporate banking experience. He brings his knowledge of financial advisory and networking skills to the team. He grew up in Lebanon and lived in several countries before settling in Geneva where he now works and lives with his family. Rabih holds a Masters Degree in Business from HEC School of Management in Paris.
